Best Friends Always (BFA)
A New Themed Party Concept from Middleton Doll
Middleton Dolls new program is designed to give retailers a chance to have their customers re-visit their store at least three times each year for a fun, interactive experience. This year, three themed parties will be presented and “packages” of products will support the theme party. Only one doll model will be available (in three variations - pictured below) to carry through the whole year. She wears a BFA logo t-shirt and boxer shorts and there is a matching girl’s t-shirt available for the “Best Friend” of the doll. The “Best Friend” or “mom” can bring her 20” doll to each event to get new outfits and accessories tailored for the current theme; or, she could purchase a variation and have a couple “Best Friend” dolls. A cool scrapbook is sold separately and will aid the little girl in memorializing not only the parties, but other important “stuff” in her young life.
Included in this piece are the items for the first party of 2008: “Slumber Party”. Retailers are encouraged to set a date, round up a group of girls for that date, add some other elements like refreshments, fun games, etc., and then be a lively and gracious hostess/host.
We will be introducing the packages for the other two events of 2008, the Princess Party and the Diva Party around mid-May and Mid-September. Here’s your chance to profit from customer return visits. Take the opportunity to use your mailing list to invite your customers. Then, host a party for each theme to promote the thrill of collecting and at the same time profit from this fun activity. Themed parties are filled with fun for girls of all ages. Best Friends Always dolls and accessories are expected to be in stock in April.
We are mailing a color flyer on our NEW Best Friends Always dolls and "Slumber Party" accessory sets to all dealers on Monday, March 10th. Also, look for an ad in the upcoming issue of DOLLS magazine that features this new BFA program.
We will start taking orders from dealers today (3/6/08), but we will post date the orders to be billed and shipped when all the items are in stock (to ship together) by mid April.
If you would like to place an order now to have them shipped at a later date than mid April, that is fine too - just let us know.

the wholesale price will be 10% higher plus in addition to the freight, there is a $2.00 residential fee.

The associates at Middleton Doll are proud to announce the launch of its new B2B website. Not familiar with B2B? It is web jargon for “business to business.” Our regular leemiddleton.com website links the business of Middleton Doll to consumers, while our new B2B site will now connect us to you!
Two very important features shape the platform for this communication tool:
·The ability to order product from the site; and,
·An instant and perpetual location for the dissemination of company information.
Shopping for our products at any time without the necessity of a phone call, e-mail, fax, or snail mail is now available. We respect the fact that we are not always available when you are ready to place an order. Different time zones and possible dissimilar working hours can at times make it difficult to connect with us. When it’s convenient for you, log on and the site allows you to shop our products and leave an order at will. Now, each minute of each day throughout the year authorized Middleton dealers can expeditiously shop and drop orders.
As one might imagine, communicating all kinds of information, eg promotions, specials, policies, procedures, selling data, etc., can be very difficult with our very large and diverse client base. We would suggest that at the very least dealers check the communication section of this site on a daily basis to access new information we may place there at any time. If we are to trust the crusty old Benjamin Franklin utterance “Time is money”, then we believe this tool does just that. We have eliminated the time lost by snail mail, phone call, or fax and the text message is consistent. It’s not that Erin, Rae and Brian don’t want to hear your cheery voices when they have something to tell you, but one can imagine how time-consuming it can be to deliver some news to a couple thousand clients.
We hope as you get comfortable with this “newfangled” creation that you will grow to like what we have put into place. We have other thoughts that we may install later, but we wanted to dip our toe in the water first. We encourage feedback and we aim to please.
